BEGINNERS COURSE

If you’re new to boxing, our beginner’s classes will teach you the foundations of the sport. MIXED CLASSES

Our mixed 6 week boxing course is a great way for everyone to get fit and strong while having fun. In just 6 weeks you’ll learn all the techniques of boxing, burn fat, strengthen your muscles and feel super fit and powerful. Boxing is a great physical and mental workout that increases your confidence and serotonine level. You will feel fit, strong and simply happier!

ADVANCED CLASSES

If you’re already familiar with the basics, our advanced classes are perfect for taking your skills to the next level. We’ll challenge you with advanced boxing techniques, intensive workouts, and opportunities for sparring. Our trainers will provide individual attention, ensuring that you constantly improve and achieve your personal best.
