Our 6 week boxing course is a great way for everyone to get fit and strong while having fun. In just 6 weeks you’ll learn all the techniques of boxing, burn fat, strengthen your muscles and feel super fit and powerful. Boxing is a great physical and mental workout that increases your confidence and serotonine level. You will feel fit, strong and simply happier!
You do not need any martial arts or fitness experience and you can join our classes untrained. Our beginner’s course is specifically geared towards starters.
You get an all-round training focused on strength, core and condition training to follow at your level. The focus is mainly on strengthening your body and mind.
Participating in our beginner’s course is done by a one time payment, and after 6 weeks it ends automatically.
Vacation plans, sick or just busy during the 6 week course?
No worries! Your credits are valid for 4 months and you can catch up all missed classes (during or after the 6-week course). Super flexible and fun!
